Module 3: Psychology
Psychology is like a tour guide for your mind. It helps you understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do.

Do we always make the right decision, and if not, why? What drives our habits and emotions?
Psychology is where you get to understand why people do what they do—yourself included! You’ll explore how we think, feel, and act, and what influences our decisions.

We’ll cover things like memory, emotions, and even group behavior (like why people follow trends). There’s also a focus on mental health, from understanding stress to learning about therapy options. It’s practical, too—you’ll pick up skills like managing emotions, improving relationships, and handling challenges better.
Module 4: Spirituality
This is all about exploring what makes life meaningful for you.
Mindfulness practices like meditation and deep breathing will help you stay grounded and focused.
You’ll also get a glimpse into different religions and philosophies, seeing how people across the world find purpose and connection.
It’s not about telling you what to believe; it’s about helping you find your own way in life.
Think of this as time to slow down, explore big questions, and figure out what really matters in life.
